We are reviewing the Major Customer Connection Manual and seeking public feedback and comment on the manual.

The Major Customer Connection Manual Version 6 was released on the 1st of July 2020 and saw the alignment of manuals for Energex and Ergon Energy with the new definitions for major customer in Queensland and the new connection policies.

Are you a Major Customer?

Do you know whether you are a Major Customer or not? A Major Customer includes the following:

  • Large commercial customer connected to HV Distribution Network with installed capacity >1 MVA
  • Embedded generating system > 30 kVA
  • Real estate developments
